Bloomfield Genoa
City Fire & Rescue History
Bloomfield Genoa City Fire and Rescue was
formed in 2003. This was done by merging the Town of
Bloomfield Fire Department that started in 1947 and the
Village of Genoa City Fire Department that started in 1928.
Bloomfield Genoa City Fire and Rescue currently provides the
Town of Bloomfield and the Village of Genoa City with fire
and rescue services
